These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not govern client engagements. Any project we deliver is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and where that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement wins.

The case studies describe work delivered for named clients and are published with their systems publicly live. Client trademarks and brand names belong to their owners and appear here for identification only.

Everything else on this site, including the text, layout, and code, belongs to Esspry LLC.

The material here is published in good faith and for general information. It is not technical, legal, or commercial advice, and it does not constitute an offer. Nothing on this page creates an obligation on either side until a signed agreement exists.

Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract, an engagement, or any duty of confidentiality on our part beyond what the privacy policy describes. Please do not send confidential material before we have a signed non-disclosure agreement in place. We will happily sign one.

Where we link to a client site or a third-party service, we are not responsible for its content, availability, or practices.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change, and the version live at the time you visit is the one that applies.
