One founder, twenty-five specialists

Esspry is run by a single founder who directs a roster of purpose-built AI agents — one for SEO, one for design, one for content, and so on — with every deliverable checked by a human before it ships.

Founder & CEO

Esspry LLC

One person, accountable for every engagement — scoping the work, directing the agent roster below, and reviewing what ships.

Esspry doesn't have a headcount problem to solve for. There is one founder, and instead of hiring generalists, the founder built 25 named AI agents in Claude Code, each scoped to a single discipline — SEO, GEO, design, engineering, content, and the rest listed below. When a job comes in, the founder breaks it into the pieces that make it up and routes each piece to the agent built for it.

This isn't a cost trick dressed up as innovation. A generalist shop either overstaffs and bills for it, or understaffs and the work suffers wherever nobody has the depth. Narrow, named agents mean the SEO work is done by something that only does SEO, the copy is written by something that only writes copy, and neither is guessing at the other's job. It's also fast — a specialist starts a task in seconds, not after a sprint-planning meeting, and there's no bench to keep paid between jobs.

None of this runs unsupervised. A dedicated QA agent checks every deliverable against the live result before it's called done. A set of approval gates sits in front of anything that spends money, sends a message, publishes publicly, or signs a commitment — those stop and wait for the founder, every time. The founder reviews the work, holds the client relationship, and is the one accountable for what ships.
