Google Business Profile
Setup, verification, and the ongoing work that keeps a business in the map pack rather than below it.
For a business with an address or a service area, the map pack decides who gets called. Getting into it is part configuration and part consistency: the right categories, the right service list, the same name and address everywhere Google checks, and a review flow that keeps running after launch week.
What you get
- Profile creation, verification, and recovery of a suspended listing
- Category, service, and attribute configuration against what actually converts
- Name, address, and phone consistency across directories
- Photography, posts, products, and Q&A set up and scheduled
- A review request workflow your team can run without us
- Map pack rank tracking across the area you actually serve
Questions about this specifically
My Google Business Profile was suspended. Can you fix it?
Often, yes. Suspensions are usually a name, address, or category mismatch somewhere Google can check, and recovery is a matter of finding exactly which one and correcting it consistently everywhere. We cannot promise reinstatement, since that decision is Google's, but this is work we do regularly.
Do I need a physical storefront to use Google Business Profile?
No. Service-area businesses can list without a public address, as long as the service area is configured correctly and the profile does not claim a location it does not operate from. Getting this setting wrong is one of the more common reasons a listing underperforms.
How quickly does map pack position change?
Configuration fixes (categories, services, consistency) can show movement within a few weeks. Review volume and velocity, which also factor into ranking, build more slowly and depend on the workflow actually being used after we hand it over.
