Privacy policy

This policy describes what happens to personal data you submit to Esspry LLC through this website. It does not cover data we process on behalf of a client under a separate agreement, which is governed by that agreement.

Only what you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and optionally your company, the type of project, and a budget range, together with the message you write. There are no accounts on this site and nothing to sign up for.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share enquiry data with third parties for marketing.

To reply to your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to administer that project. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and where a contract follows, performance of that contract.

Enquiries are delivered by email through our transactional email provider and stored in our business mailbox. Both providers act as processors on our behalf and are bound by their own data protection terms.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twenty-four months. Project correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship and applicable record keeping obligations require.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@esspryllc.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
