Pricing and engagements

Three shapes of work. Every quote is scoped from your requirements, so the numbers come after we understand the problem, not before.

Project build

Four to twelve weeks, typically

A defined thing needs to exist: a new site, a rebuild, a migration.

  • Paid discovery, then a fixed scope and a fixed price
  • Design and build, with a live preview URL from week one
  • Launch checklist covering search, analytics, and forms
  • Handover with documentation and a walkthrough session

Audit

About one week

You already have a site and it is not bringing in enquiries.

  • Technical audit: crawlability, indexation, speed, structured data
  • Search and AI visibility baseline against your actual competitors
  • Google Business Profile and local presence review
  • Written findings ordered by impact, with the evidence behind each one
  • A fix list you can hand to any developer, including your own

Retainer

Monthly, cancel with 30 days notice

The site is live and search performance needs owning every month.

  • Ongoing SEO and AI search visibility work against agreed keywords
  • Google Business Profile upkeep, posts, and review workflow
  • Content and page work from a shared backlog
  • Monthly reporting that says what moved and what did not
  • A named point of contact with direct access

We quote a fixed price after discovery, and that price does not move unless you change the scope in writing. Payment is staged against agreed milestones.

What actually drives the number

How much of the content exists

Copy, photography, and product data you already have shortens the project. Content we have to produce or clean up lengthens it, and it is the single most common reason a quote grows.

How many pages there are

A five page brochure site and a two hundred page catalogue are different projects. Every template needs its own states, its own testing, and its own handover, and every language multiplies that.

How competitive the search is

Ranking a specialist supplier in one city is not the same job as ranking a national retailer. We size the search work against who currently holds the positions you want, and we tell you when they are not realistically takeable.

Whether anything is being migrated

Moving an existing site means preserving URL shape, redirects, and whatever search equity exists. That work is invisible in a demo and expensive to skip.

Get a scope and a number

Describe the project in a few lines. If it is a fit, we return a written scope and a fixed price. If it is not, we say so and where we can we point you to someone better placed.
