EssMile is a simple log for your vehicle's fuel and maintenance, so you always know what it costs to run and when the next service is due.
Log a fill-up with the date, odometer, fuel amount and what you paid. EssMile works out your fuel economy using the full-tank-to-full-tank method, your fuel cost per distance and your monthly spending. Log services such as oil changes, tires and brakes with their cost and notes.

EssMile Pro
- Unlimited vehicles
- PDF service history you can share with a buyer, a mechanic or for a warranty claim
- Photos and PDFs of receipts or invoices on your entries, and a backup file you keep yourself
- Monthly or annual billing, charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel any time in your store account settings.
Private by design
- No account or sign-up
- Your data stays on your phone. We do not receive it
- No ads and no tracking
- Buying or restoring Pro goes through the App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat, using an anonymous ID Text scanning on your phone may send anonymous diagnostics to Google ML Kit.
- Deleting the app deletes the data
Figures are estimates from the entries you make, and reminders are a convenience, not a safety system. Follow your manufacturer's maintenance schedule.
Questions
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up or login. Open EssMile and use it.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone only. EssMile does not send your entries to us, and there are no ads. Deleting the app deletes the data.
What is free and what is Pro?
Free for two vehicles. Pro is an optional subscription, billed monthly or annually by the App Store or Google Play.
What is shared when I buy Pro?
The purchase is handled by the App Store or Google Play and RevenueCat, which manages subscription status, using an anonymous ID. None of your entries are part of it. Text scanning on your phone may send anonymous diagnostics to Google ML Kit.
When can I get it?
EssMile is coming soon on the App Store and Google Play. We will link the store pages here when it is live.
